offers you the chance to spend a very relaxing stay far away from the frenetic daily life.
From our hotel you can easily reach the small villages of the
Cinque Terre
( Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Monterosso and Vernazza) and the city of
La Spezia
which overlooks the fascinating
Gulf of the Poets
together with the seaside resorts of Portovenere, San Terenzo and Lerici.
From Portovenere or La Spezia it is salso possible to take different boats which will lead you to the discovery of the Palmaria Island; some of them will also do the complete rounds of the Cinque Terre and of the three islands of
Palmaria
, Tino and Tinetto.
There are several excursionistic paths which start from Pignone; they cover a surface of 35 kilometers and are all practicable on foot, by mountain-bike or riding a horse. On the whole, all the trails are ancient muletracks which have been marked with an appropriate system of signs ( red and white stripes ) painted by the CAI ( Club alpino italiano).
Starting from Pignone, there are in all six paths which belong to
the CAI.
